When is Baklava available?
Thanks to the success of the web site, Baklava is available in any quantity all year long.

Can I freeze Baklava?
Normally, you cannot freeze Baklava because the honey in the syrup will crystallize.  In this recipe we make our own sugar syrup with no honey. You can freeze our Baklava for up to 3 months without affecting the taste.  When you are ready to eat it, bring to room temperature and serve.

May I have the recipe? 
My father will send me into exile if I give away his recipe...sorry.

What standards do a home based bakery need to meet?
The Baklava Goddess's kitchen is inspected on a regular basis and is licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania   Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services.
